BFCM 2024 Promotion Terms and conditions

Shipping Promotions:

NZ Domestic Shipping: Flat fee of $5 per order

Shipping to Australia: Flat fee of $25 per order

Promotional Period: 29th November – 2nd December 2024
Delivery Terms:

Delivery Costs:
You agree to pay any applicable delivery charges, which will be specified before payment and included in the total price of your order. -
Delivery Address:
We will deliver the goods to the address provided at the time of placing your order. -
Delivery Coverage:
We only deliver to addresses within the North and South Islands of New Zealand. -
PO Box Deliveries:
We cannot deliver to PO boxes. -
Delivery Method:
Goods will be delivered via courier or a delivery service selected by us. -
Split Deliveries:
If your order includes multiple items, we may deliver them together or separately at our discretion. If delivered separately, you will not be charged additional delivery fees. -
Delivery Times:
Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates only. Except for liabilities that cannot be excluded by law, we are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of goods. -
Restricted Goods:
Delivery of restricted items may incur additional fees or may not be available. -
Shipping Promotions:
The flat-fee delivery offer applies only during the promotional period (29th November – 2nd December 2024), except in the following cases:
- The items exceed 1 meter in length, 20 kg in weight, or 0.20 cubic meters in volume.
- The items are special order or non-stock products. -
Exclusions and Additional Charges:
During the promotional period, additional terms may apply. Exclusions or extra charges may apply for deliveries to certain locations, such as remote areas. -
Oversized Items or Large Orders:
For oversized goods or large quantities, special delivery conditions may apply, such as:
- Delivery to a commercial address.
- Availability of a forklift for unloading at the delivery site.
- Tail-gate truck delivery if no forklift is available.
- In such cases, additional delivery fees may apply. Please refer to the product description or contact us for details if delivery costs are not clearly outlined.
